Step 1

Open up a new document 400x400px, and fill the background with #1e1e1e. Create a new layer named 'main bg' and make a selection of 200x120px in the center of the document, fill with #e56b09, and apply an Outer Glow.




Step 2

Create a new layer named 'lower right shine' and using the pen tool make a curved selection on the 'main bg' layer from half way up on the right hand side, to a third across on the bottom side. Now make a gradient from transparent on the top left of the selection to #ffffff on the bottom right of the selection. Lower the opacity to 50%.




Step 3

Create another layer named 'top shine' and make a selection of 200x50px at the top of the 'main bg' layer and fill with #ffffff and lower the opacity to 10%.




Step 4

For the main text we are going to use the font Myriad Pro, Regular, 24pt, Strong, #ffffff. For the text underneath that I used Myriad Pro, Regular, 12pt, Strong, #ffffff. For the text on the right I have used the font Tahoma, Regular, 11pt, None, #ffffff, layer's Blending Mode set to Soft Light, apply Edit > Transform > Scale to flip it around on it's side.
