Step 1

Open up a new document 468x60px. Fill the background layer with #191919. Create a new layer named 'bg shine' and make a selection of 468x30px at the top of your document, fill your selection with #ffffff, and lower the opacity of the layer to 2%.




Step 2

Create a new layer named 'stroke' and select all (Ctrl + A) and go Edit > Stroke, 1px, #000000.




Step 3

Lastly we are going to add some text, for the bottom text I have used the font BitLow, Regular, 10pt, None, #f4f4f4. For the main title text I have BD Sirca, Regular, 36pt, Crisp, #ffffff (for the left word) and #184c82 (for the right word), with an Outer Glow and a Satin Blending Options.
