Starburst Effect

Step 1

Make a new document 400x400px, fill the background with #ffffff. Apply Filter > Noise > Add Noise, amount 400%, distribution: guassin, monochromatic: ticked. Now apply Filter > Blur > Radial Blur, quality: best, type: zoom, amount: 100.




Step 2

Repeat step 1, for another 3 times, so you have 4 layers.




Step 3

Now go into ImageReady (Ctrl + Shift + M), and duplicate the first frame three times. On each seperate frame have a single layer visible. Have 0 delay time.
